National Manufacturing Co. has acquired an 88,000-square-foot industrial building in Piscataway, N.J. According to PropertyShark, aerospace parts manufacturer S.S. White Technologies Inc. received $8.3 million for the asset, while TD Bank provided a $6.3 million acquisition loan.

The single-story facility was completed in 1968 and previously housed another manufacturing company. Building specifications include 20-to-22-foot ceiling heights, two loading docks, two drive-ins and abundant parking space.

The property is located on 7.2 acres at 151 Old New Brunswick Road, in one of the state’s emerging industrial hubs. Major thoroughfares including Interstate 287 and Exit 10 of the New Jersey Turnpike provide easy access throughout the area’s key locations, while Newark Liberty International Airport, New York City and the New Jersey seaports are located within a 40-mile radius.

Cushman & Wakefield Managing Director Jason Barton, Vice Chairman Chuck Fern, Director Tom Tucci and Associate Stephen Shoemaker represented both parties in the transaction. On a similar note, the company brokered two other sales in the area.
