NAI Hiffman Closes Sale of 101 KSF Industrial Asset
Accurate Partitions Co. plans to refurbish the existing 16,800 square feet of office space.

Chicago—NAI Hiffman recently announced the sale of a 101,282-square-foot industrial building located at 160 Tower Drive in Burr Ridge, Ill. NAI Executive Vice President Mark Moran, Senior Vice President John Whitehead, and Associate Broker Brett Tomfohrde represented the seller in this transaction.
Accurate Partitions Co., a manufacturer of high-performance bathroom partitions, acquired the building from a private seller after outgrowing its current space in McCook, Ill. The company plans to refurbish the existing 16,800 square feet of office space to accommodate the company’s growth.
The building features 18-20 foot and 28-30 foot clear heights, a 120 parking spots, five exterior docks and three drive-in doors. The building ofers easy access to interstates 55 and 294 via the full interchange at County Line Road.
“160 Tower Drive provided Accurate Partitions an opportunity to move into a more functional facility for their operations,” Tomfohrde said in a statement. “There are limited opportunities for sale in the I-55 corridor and user demand is strong from companies in the area looking for headquarter-type facilities.”
NAI Hiffman also recently closed the sale of 830 W. 40th St., a 74,997-square-foot industrial asset in Chicago.
