NAI Hiffman Brings Two New Tenants to IL Office Campus
Legacy Professionals and Regent Surgical Health closed agreements at 4 Westbrook Corporate Center in Westchester, Ill. The total leased space amounts to more than 26,000 square feet.

NAI Hiffman, which recently brokered a large lease renewal for 3M, closed on two new agreements at 4 Westbrook Corporate Center in Westchester, Ill. Legacy Professionals, a certified public accounting firm, signed a lease for 20,673 square feet, relocating from 311 South Wacker. The other company is Regent Surgical Health, which will occupy 5,669 square feet in the center’s fourth building.
The company’s Executive Vice Presidents James Adler and Dan O’Neill represented the landlord, Blackstone, in the transaction. Jeffrey Skender, senior associate with Cushman & Wakefield, closed on the deal on behalf of Legacy Professionals. Regent Surgical Health was represented by JLL Managing Director Andrea Van Gelder.
Close to Downtown Chicago
Westbrook Corporate Center is a five-building, 10-story office park located within the Oak Brook submarket. It offers convenient access to Interstates 294, 88 and 290, approximately 20 minutes from downtown Chicago and the O’Hare International Airport. The surrounding area offers several accommodation options, a golf club and various retail stores within the Oak Brook Shopping Center, which is across the street.
On-site are Morton’s Steakhouse, Vesuvio Café, Starbucks, a daycare center, a health club, a conference facility and a dry cleaner. Employees can also enjoy the jogging trails, tennis courts and the landscaped grounds which surround the office park.
