NAI Hiffman Assists Transwestern in Trading IL Warehouse
The buyer of the 161,740-square-foot industrial facility in Bridgeview is a large manufacturer of corrugated boxes and custom shipping containers.

NAI Hiffman has represented Transwestern Investment Group in the sale of one of its industrial facilities in Illinois. The 161,740-square-foot property is located in Bridgeview. Chicago-based Rex Carton Co. acquired the asset in an effort to accommodate company growth.
The property, located at 7400-7420 Richards Road, can be easily reached from Interstate 294 via the full interchange at 95th Street. The 1974-built facility features 18 docks, one drive-in door, 24-foot clear heights, wet sprinkler system and a parking lot accommodating 60 vehicles with possibility to expand.
NAI Hiffman Executive Vice President Chris Gary and Vice President Jay Maher worked on behalf of the seller. Transwestern recently acquired more than 10 million square feet of Midwestern industrial properties. Director Adam Haefner of Darwin Realty & Development Corp. represented the buyer in the acquisition.
