NAI Friedland Taps New Chief Executive, Operating Officers
NAI has promoted Anthony Lembeck to chief executive officer and appointed Jay Olshonsky as chief operating officer.

Commercial real estate firm NAI Friedland has a pair of new leaders. NAI Friedland has promoted Anthony Lembeck to chief executive officer and appointed Jay Olshonsky as chief operating officer.
The chief operating officer for NAI Friedland since April 2009, Lembeck has been with the firm since 1995. He previously served as executive vice president and manager of NAI Friedland’s industrial division. Olshonsky was managing director and senior vice president of CB Richard Ellis in Washington, DC before joining NAI Friedland. He brings 27 years of transactional and management experience, having led both the Insignia and Trammel Crow corporate mergers in Washington.
Olshonsky said that he is looking forward to exploring new avenues for growth and expansion at NAI Friedland. NAI Friedland chairman Robert Friedland added that he believes this is a new chapter in the company’s history.
NAI Friedland was founded in 1970 and covers the entire metropolitan New York area. It has four divisions: retail, industrial, office and residential development.
