Sara Silvio, president of Constructive Ingenuity L.L.C., received a 2014 Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW) Network Impact Award under the Career Advancement for Women category. Pamela Little, president and CEO, EcoWise Civil Design and Consulting Inc., received a 2014 CREW Network Impact Award under the Career Advancement for Women category. Good leaders “communicate clearly, kindly and concisely,” says Little.
