In the heart of uptown Albuquerque stands two 10-story office buildings with splendid views of the surrounding Sandia, Manzano, Jemez and San Mateo mountain ranges. Hines, the building developer, owner and managing company for the properties, recently welcomed a new tenant to occupy 18,964 square feet on the sixth floor of Two Park Square.
The financial service firm Moss Adams LLP is the lease holder that advanced the occupancy of the building to 94 percent. They were represented in the negotiations by Dan Newman and Debbie Dupes of CBRE. Scott Throckmorton, president of ARGUS Investment Realty, was legal representative for Hines. The space is designed by Dekker/Perich/Sabatini. Extensive floor-to-ceiling glass partitions and sliding-glass barn doors create a visually open work space with complete functionality.
Chris Anderson, the managing director of Hines, said in a press statement, “We are pleased Moss Adams chose Two Park Square for their new office. They are an outstanding addition to an already world-class tenant roster.” The southwest regional managing partner of Moss Adams, Steve Keene continued, “With the prime location and modern office standards, Two Park Square is one of the premier office buildings in Albuquerque, and we are thrilled to call it our new home. This building allowed us to create a space that is open, light and collaborative.”
Two Park Square was completed in 1989 and holds the title of the first ENERGY STAR-certified property in New Mexico. Since 2003 it earned yearly the ENERGY STAR label and currently holds a score of 95.
