Ideal Location

The building is designed to be a new landmark in Jakarta, located in the center of the Golden Triangle, next to the Semanggi Intersection and the New Semanggi Flyover on Sudirman Street, the main thoroughfare in the city’s central business district. The 59-story, two million-square-foot tower will feature offices, restaurants, cafes and a secure parking space for tenants of the building.

Mori Building plans to leverage its extensive urban-development background from its diverse projects in Tokyo and Shanghai, to contribute to the advancement of Jakarta.
