Morgan Opens Pearl La Floresta in OC
The 204-unit community located in Brea, Calif. is now available for leasing. The asset marks the first Pearl development in Orange County.

A joint venture of MORGAN and Mesirow Financial has opened Pearl La Floresta, a 204-unit, luxury apartment community in Brea, Calif. The five-story property, the first Pearl apartment in Orange County is now available for leasing.
At 420 La Crescenta Drive, Pearl La Floresta is centrally located within the 1,100-unit master-planned community of La Floresta, adjacent to Village at La Floresta, which features 87,000 square feet of retail space, providing dining and shopping options. Pearl La Floresta comprises a mix of one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments and additional live-work units.
Community amenities include:

- barbecue grills
- dog wash stations
- 24/7 package lockers
“This boutique community offers many amenities and was designed to cater to the wants and needs of our discerning residents. Units have direct pedestrian access to the new Village at La Floresta retail center, and the property offers spectacular views of the San Bernardino Mountains,” said Philip Morgan, development senior vice president at MORGAN, in prepared remarks.
