Moody National Opens 182-Key Houston Hotel

Moody National Cos. has opened the Residence Inn by Marriott, located in Houston’s Texas Medical Center, the largest medical complex in the world. 

Situated at 7807 Kirby Drive, the extended-stay hotel features 182 keys across 16 stories. Amenities include a four-and-a-half-story parking garage, on-site laundry, car rental, valet dry-cleaning, barbecue and picnic areas, four event rooms, a business center, grocery shopping service, a barber/beauty shop, an indoor pool, housekeeping twice per week and complimentary breakfast. The Residence Inn is located adjacent to the Texas Medical Center and NRG Stadium, home to the Stock Show and Rodeo, as well as the Houston Texans. Nearby attractions also include the Houston Zoo, Discovery Green, Space Center Houston and Kemah Boardwalk.

ArchCon served as the general contractor on the project, Mathis Group was the construction manager and Moody National Hospitality Management will serve as the property manager.
