Mohr Partners, Inc. has promoted Mike Rapp to the position of managing director within the company’s Atlanta office. Prior to the move, he worked as an account executive. Along with the promotion, Rapp received his Society of Industrial and Office Realtors designation.

Rapp possesses more than 21 years of experience in the industry. Shortly after his graduation from Georgia State University, he began his commercial real estate career with local Atlanta brokerage Metropolitan Realty Associates in 1996. After more than 17 years with the firm, he joined MPI in late 2013. His list of clients includes AmeriSave, Red Hare Brewing Co., Steelray and Viscom. In the past three years, Rapp handled approximately 90 office and industrial transactions with a volume upwards of $65 million.

“We are extremely proud of Mike for his strong will to service the Atlanta market,” said Deane Stokes Jr., managing director of MPI’s Atlanta branch, in prepared remarks. “He is part of a very unique group where there are few individuals who have received the certifications he has. This shows Mike continues to demonstrate a strong work ethic and overall passion for what he does. He is always looking to tackle new opportunities and do what is best for his clients.”

The company named Eric Karl as its new CFO earlier this year following a management buyout.
