The Missner Group has entered a lease contract with Application Software Technology, which is about to open an office at the Olympian Office Center in Lisle, Ill. The tech firm will occupy 11,000 square feet at the seven-story property once the landlord completes the tenant build-out with help from Interior Design Group. CBRE arranged the transaction on behalf of the tenant while Colliers International represented the landlord.

The Olympian Office Center is located at 4343 Commerce Court and offers 168,000 square feet of commercial space. Missner acquired it in 2016 from Riverview Realty Partners for $5.2 million, according to real estate data provider Yardi Matrix.

Completed in 1987, the Class A asset went through a number of cosmetic renovations, the most recent one being last year after it changed hands. It now features a lounge with free Wi-Fi, shared conference rooms, fitness center with locker rooms and showers, new elevators, improved windows and a modernized lobby.

The brokers involved in the transaction were Principals Francis Prock and David Florent of Colliers and Executive Vice President Jon Springer and Associate Dan Persa of CBRE. Missner’s Project Manager Heath Yarger will lead the construction team with Scott Nomellini working as project superintendent. The lease comes one month after the company broke ground on 88 Orchard, an industrial property located 15 miles from the Olympian Office Center in Aurora, Ill.
