Michael Christodolou Joins Farmland Partners

Michael Christodolou joins the Board of Directors of Farmland Partners Inc.

Farmland Partners Inc. recently announced that its Board of Directors appointed Michael Christodolou as an independent director. Christodolou will replace Dean Jernigan, who resigned in order to focus on other business ventures, particularly Jernigan Capital Inc., where he is the chairman and CEO.

Christodolou has over thirty years of investment and corporate governance experience with publicly traded companies. He is the manager of Inwood Capital Management LLC, which he founded in 2000. Christodolou was employed by Bass Brothers/Taylor & Company from 1988 to 1999; was a director and member at Lindsay Corp. since 1999; served as chairman of the board at Lindsay Corp. from 2003 to 2015; and also chaired its CG&N committee and the executive committees during that period. Christodolou received a B.S. in Economics and an M.B.A. from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
