Mesirow Financial Grows Executive Team

Zach Fox will serve as vice president, joining the firm’s sale-leaseback capital group team. He will be in charge of new business development and client management.

Zach Fox has joined Mesirow Financial’s sale-leaseback team as vice president. Fox, who was previously co-head of Transwestern’s suburban agency leasing team in Chicago, will oversee new business development and client management. He will be based in Mesirow’s Chicago office.

During his 11-year real estate career, Fox was part of more than 500 transactions worth approximately $500 million. Most of his activity took place at Transwestern, but he also served for three years as senior vice president at Crossroads Partners. Fox is a graduate of DePaul University and holds an Illinois Real Estate Broker License. He is also a board member of the United States Holocaust Memorial Museum and volunteers for Housing Opportunities for Women. 

Mesirow Financial was founded in 1937 and provides investment, risk management and advisory services. The sale-leaseback capital team has a 25-year track record of investing, working for its own profit or for other institutional investors.
