McShane Snags 380,000SF Healthcare Facility Management Contract

McShane Medical Properties has been awarded the management and leasing assignment for Nationwide Health Properties, a portfolio containing a total of 380,000 square feet across 12 buildings throughout suburban Chicago. The properties include three acute care facilities, traditional medical office buildings, an imaging center and two athletic/fitness centers, containing a total of more than 100 tenants, all affiliated with Advocate Condell healthcare system.

“McShane Medical Properties will establish a value-add approach to the management and leasing of this grouping of medical facilities in order to ensure the continuation of premier patient care that is consistently associated with the Advocate Condell name,” said McShane president Raymond Braun.
