Matthews Taps SVP, Retail Leasing National Director
Industry veteran Michael Pakravan brings 13 years of leasing experience and will be responsible for rolling out the firm’s retail leasing platform nation-wide.

Matthews Real Estate Investment Services has appointed Michael Pakravan to the role of senior vice president and national director of retail leasing. In this capacity, Michael will be responsible for rolling out the firm’s retail leasing platform nation-wide. He will utilize his leasing expertise and extensive network to grow the firm’s market share and represent property owners and tenants.
Pakravan has more than 450 lease transactions in more than 150 commercial properties under his belt. He brings more than 13 years of leasing expertise from Centers Business Management and Kennedy Wilson. During his tenure, Pakravan represented landlords in more than 100 shopping centers in Southern California in deals with various national tenants including Chase, Vallarta Supermarkets, Blink Fitness, Big 5 Sporting Goods, Dollar Tree, Starbucks and Petco.
Pakravan holds a B.A. in Business Management from University of California, Santa Cruz. He is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and the Association of Corporate Real Estate Executives of Southern California.
