Marriott Opens Dual-Branded San Jose Hotel

Residence Inn and Fairfield Inn & Suites are around 9 miles from downtown San Jose and 7 miles from the city’s international airport.

Marriott International has opened a dual-branded 147-suit Residence Inn and 114-key Fairfield Inn in San Jose, Calif. InfiniPower Hospitality Group owns the properties and Johnson Hospitality manages them. Canyon Partners Real Estate provided preferred equity for the construction of the hotels.

Situated at 656 America Center Court, the assets are near the Southbay Freeway, around 9 miles from downtown San Jose and 7 miles from the Norman Y. Mineta San Jose International Airport. The properties provide access to the Santa Clara and the San Jose McEnery convention centers.

The Residence Inn includes a mix of studio, one- and two-bedroom suites. All keys include equipped kitchens. The Fairfield Inn & Suites comprises flexible and functional guestrooms as well as work areas. Additionally, both properties are LEED-certified and feature a shared outdoor swimming pool, patio with built-in barbecue and fire pit, basketball court and fitness center. Besides these, the hotels have a full-service bar and two meeting rooms encompassing 1,125 square feet.
