Marriott International Opens Milwaukee Hotel

Operated as a Marriott franchise, the six-story, all-suite property includes 119 guestrooms, and is located near downtown Milwaukee and roughly 15 miles from Milwaukee Mitchell International Airport.

Following the opening of Fairfield by Marriott, an 84-key hotel in Denver, Marriott International has opened SpringHill Suites by Marriott Milwaukee West/Wauwatosa, a 119-key hotel in Wauwatosa, Wis. Aimbridge Hospitality manages the property, which will operate as a Marriott franchise. Last year in April, an affiliate of Mandel Group acquired the 1.5-acre land at the Milwaukee County Research Park for $1.4 million, according to state records.

Located at 10411 W. Watertown Plank Road, the all-suite hotel offers convenient access to Milwaukee County Research Park, Miller Park, Milwaukee Regional Medical Center, Gravel Sholes Park, Riverside Theater and Milwaukee County Zoo. Additionally, SpringHill Suites by Marriott Milwaukee West/Wauwatosa is roughly 8 miles from downtown Milwaukee and approximately 15 miles from General Mitchell International Airport.

The six-story building features common-area amenities such as free Wi-Fi, fitness center, daily breakfast, on-site laundry, business services, valet dry-cleaning, a 24-hour market and lobby bar. Additionally, SpringHill Suites by Marriott Milwaukee West/Wauwatosa offers a 1,200-square-foot meeting room for up to 50 people.
