Marcus & Millichap Arranges Sale of Golden Corral Restaurant
The Golden Corral restaurant changed hands through a sale secured by Marcus & Millichap.

Austin, Texas—Marcus & Millichap recently announced the sale of the Golden Corral restaurant in Austin for an undisclosed price tag, according to Craig Swanson, regional manager of the firm’s Austin office.
Douglas Diffie and Bruce Bentley III, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Austin office, exclusively marketed the property on behalf of the seller, a limited liability company. The buyer is a private out-of-state 1031 investor, secured and represented by The Mansour Group in Marcus & Millichap’s San Diego office.
Golden Corral is a prototype restaurant that sits on 2.80 acres at 12509 North Lamar Blvd. and encompasses 14,039 net-leased square feet. It is one of 500 restaurants the franchise has in more than 40 states nationwide.
