London’s Historic Park Lane Hotel Joins Starwood Flag
Following thorough renovations, the five-star property is joining the Sheraton Grand brand.

London—Starwood’s Sheraton Hotels & Resorts recently announced the official designation of the Park Lane Hotel in London as the Sheraton Grand London Park Lane. Following multi-million pound renovations, the property joins Starwood’s 32-property luxury flag.
“The designation of the Sheraton Grand status heralds in a new era for the renovated hotel, becoming one of London’s emblematic historic hotels once again, further reinforcing Sheraton as a trusted voice in global travel,” said Elena Mendez, Starwood’s vice president for the Sheraton, Westin and SSB brands in Europe, Africa and the Middle East, in a prepared statement.
The Sheraton Grand London Park Lane offers 24-hour concierge service, Mayfair afternoon tea, childcare services and 24-hour fitness facility.
The 303-key luxury hotel opened in 1927 and was acquired by ITT Sheraton in 1996 for a price tag of $70 million. Currently owned by Sir Richard Sutton’s Settled Estates, the Art Deco property continues to be managed by Starwood.
