LogiPropCo Starts Work on Puget Sound Industrial Park
This is the company's third project in the state.

Logistics Property Co. has broken ground on the first building at Fords Prairie Industrial Park in Centralia, Wash. The 604,000-square-foot facility will cater to Puget Sound region tenants.
Poe Construction will be the project’s general contractor and NELSON Worldwide its architect. Barghausen serves as civil engineer, with AHBL handling structural engineering. Completion is slated for quarter three in 2026.
The industrial building will rise on a 33-acre site at 2717 Harrison Ave., near Port of Centralia. Construction plans call for a 42-foot clear height, 6,000 amps of 3-phase power and an 8,963-square-foot office space on site, as well as 108 dock doors, three drive-in doors, 106 trailer parking spaces and 60-foot speed bays.

Logistics Property Co. acquired the site from a private owner in April and the current development is just the first step to a larger project to be completed on the site, The Chronicle reported. The firm’s Washington state footprint also includes Tacoma South and Frederickson ONE, totaling 3 million square feet across six buildings.
Fords Prairie Industrial Park will be off Interstate 5, about halfway between Portland, Ore., and Seattle. The property is approximately 50 miles south of the Port of Tacoma, with access to other West Coast and Inland Empire ports.

Back in March, the company purchased a 6-acre site near Chicago O’Hare International Airport for $10.5 million. The intended development will span 123,000 square feet and its completion is scheduled for the second quarter of 2026.
