Atlanta—Lincoln Property Co. Southeast has arranged a 10-year leasing agreement at Lakeview 400 Office Park in Alpharetta, Ga. Lincoln’s Vice Presidents Jeff Henson and Matt Davis represented the landlord, The Simpson Organization. According to Yardi Matrix data, the owner purchased the property back in 2015 for $14.7 million.

Located at 2555 Westside Parkway, the two-building, single-story development totals 135,122 square feet of office space. The park features floor plans ranging in size from 46,042 to 89,080 square feet, as well as 675 parking stalls.

The tenant, Milan Eye Center, a full-service ophthalmology practice, will occupy 11,600 square feet and will be the first medical tenant at the office park. The property built of architectural brick and full-height storefront glass offers convenient access to the new Alpharetta Town Center Avalon, an 86-acre development including more than 500,000 square feet of retail.

“Lakeview 400 is in a great location, less than a mile from Avalon, which is attracting atypical tenants like high-end medical office users. The dining and shopping options at Avalon are great for both the Lakeview 400 tenants like Milan, and for visitors to their offices as well,” Henson said in prepared remarks.
