Lincoln Property Inks Leases at Atlanta Office Park

Lincoln Property Co. Southeast has closed a series of leasing agreements at Executive Park, a five-building office campus in Atlanta that totals 321,000 square feet. The company secured two new leases, two renewals, one relocation and one expansion, bringing occupancy to 91 percent. The leasing advisory team led by Vice President Jeff Henson and Associate George Gwaltney represented the landlord, Emory Healthcare.

The Cystic Fibrosis Foundation is one of the new additions to the tenant roster, represented by Hayes Holton of Holton Real Estate on the 3,487-square-foot lease. Impact Ventures LLC, represented by Brook Morris, vice president of Cresa, is the other new tenant, occupying 2,975 square feet of office space. The two existing tenants to renew their leases are Brittany Maids Ltd., which occupies nearly 3,000 square feet, and SiShield Technologies Inc., occupying more than 1,200 square feet. In addition, The Emory Clinic Inc. expanded its presence by 2,754 square feet, and Gorin’s Homemade Ice Cream Inc. relocated to a 4,222-square-foot space.

Located at 6 Executive Park Drive, Executive Park is a 60-acre office campus in Atlanta’s Chamblee/Doraville/North Druid Hills submarket. It provides access to Interstate 85 via the North Druid Hills interchange and is surrounded by amenities including restaurants, retail, hotels, banks and quality residential communities.

“Executive Park is a versatile office development with both larger and smaller spaces, which makes it attractive for a broad mix of tenants,” said Henson, in prepared remarks. “It’s convenient to the heart of Atlanta, but its heavy landscaping provides a park-like setting that both tenants and their visitors find pleasing,” he added.
