Lincoln Property Co. Closes 2 Leases in Atlanta Area
Equity Office's new tenants are Siemens and Kaplan.

Atlanta—Lincoln Property Co. recently closed two leases adding up to more than 35,000 square feet at 800 and 900 North Point Parkway in Alpharetta, Ga., just north of Atlanta.
The new tenants are Siemens with a 12,000-square-foot lease, represented by Travis Jackson and Allison Bittel of Cushman & Wakefield, and education company Kaplan, with a 23,364-square-foot lease, represented by Gregg Metcalf of JLL. Landlord Equity Office was represented by Michael Howell and Hunter Henritze of Lincoln Property Co.
The two Class A properties have a total surface of roughly 300,000 square feet and are located near several residential clusters. Close to the Turner McDonald Parkway, the buildings are situated within a 15-minute ride from several large retail destinations, including the 86-acre mixed-used Avalon center and North Point Mall.
