Lincoln Brings Tenants to Atlanta-Area Campus
Jeff Henson and George Gwaltney worked on behalf of the owner, OA Development, in the lease negotiations. The new tenants will occupy a total of 8,455 square feet at Northwoods Business Center.

Lincoln Property Co. Southeast arranged three leases at Northwoods Business Center, a 110,343-square-foot office park in Norcross, Ga. These new deals bring the occupancy rate to 92 percent at the three-building campus that also includes warehouse space.
Vice President Jeff Henson and Leasing Associate George Gwaltney represented the landlord, OA Development. Smart 3rd Party LLC, an IT company offering support and maintenance services, is one of the new tenants to lease 4,308 square feet. Delmonico Restoration, a provider of civil and environmental construction services, was represented by Avison Young’s Doug Eidson and will occupy 2,574 square feet. The third addition was Lo Brothers & Associates Inc., a shipping company represented by Allen Lo of Keller Williams on the lease for 1,573 square feet.
Northwoods Business Center features on-site ownership and management, as well as grade-level and dock high loading. Located at 3000 Northwoods Parkway in Atlanta’s Norcross/Peachtree Corners submarket, the office park offers proximity to hotels, restaurants, banks and executive housing.
“Northwoods Business Center is a great, convenient location for tenants,” said Henson, in a prepared statement. “Not only is it close to restaurants, hotels and banks, there are also very attractive executive neighborhoods nearby,” he added.
