Levin Management Taps Controller
In her new role, Lai Lau will assist Paul Tavaglione, the firm's vice president & CFO, with financial reporting and a variety of other functions.

Levin Management Corp. has selected industry veteran Lai Lau as its new controller. She will contribute to financial reporting and handle a variety of other financial and accounting responsibilities for the diversified North Plainfield, N.J.-based retail services firm. Lau will work closely with Paul Tavaglione, Levin’s vice president & chief financial officer.
“Lai is an excellent addition to our growing accounting department,” Tavaglione said in a prepared statement. “Her leadership skills and significant industry knowledge already are contributing to our team’s day-to-day operations and will be critical as we continue to expand our activity throughout the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic marketplace.”
The newly appointed executive has more than 30 years of experience with retail shopping centers and commercial office buildings. During her career, she worked with financial reporting, forecasting, budgeting, cash flow analysis and supervised staff accountants. Prior to her current role, Lau was an employee of The Related Cos., CBRE and Sage Realty.
