Lennar San Antonio Opens Briar Meadows Community in New Braunfels
East of IH-35, between Engel Road and Solms Road, in historic German town New Braunfels, is located one of the newest Lennar communities, Briar Meadows; a model home was recently announced open.

Lennar just opened a model home at Briar Meadows, its community east of IH-35, between Engel Road and Solms Road in historic New Braunfels.
“We are excited to open Briar Meadows at a terrific price in this rapidly growing area. The Springwood II Collection offers five single-story and two two-story floor plans with available structural options designed to complement your family’s lifestyle,” said Tony Cerna, director of sales and marketing for Lennar San Antonio.
The new community features the Springwood II Collection, with seven floor plans ranging in size from 1,508 to 2,920 square feet and in price from $216,900 to $264,900. The model home is the Daylily model, priced at $234,900 for its 2,043 square feet; it offers four bedrooms and two-and-a-half baths on one story, a two-car garage, an optional study and an optional game room. Furthermore, Lennar’s homes feature covered patios, landscaping, blinds and appliances. The single-family homes are ENERGY STAR™ certified. Plans for the community include a playground and park.
“New Braunfels features many family entertainment options, from beautiful city parks to Schlitterbahn to fun festivals throughout the year, while north San Antonio is just a few minutes away,” Cerna added.
