Lee & Associates Principal Receives SIOR Designation

McDougall has completed over 400 transactions in the Phoenix area, valued in excess of $100 million. He has over a decade of experience.

Principal Matt McDougall of Lee & Associates Arizona achieved the SIOR designation.

McDougall has worked at Lee & Associates Arizona for more than seven years, first as an associate, and after three years, as principal. He specializes in the representation of landlords and tenants involved in leasing and sales of industrial properties across the Phoenix metropolitan area. He has completed over 400 transactions which total more than 3.7 million square feet, valued in excess of $100 million. Prior to working for Lee & Associates, McDougall held a senior associate position at NAI Horizon for more than four years. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in finance from Richmond University.

“If you’re talking to a SIOR broker, then you are talking to a credible, successful and ethical broker that has been verified,” said Rob Martenson, president of SIOR’s Arizona chapter, in a prepared statement.

The Society of Industrial and Office Realtors states that in order to obtain the recognition, applicants must provide proof of gross deal production, have at least five years of experience, obtain two recommendations from SIOR members outside of their company, take a number of classes and pass an exam.
