Bought by real estate company Kilroy Realty Corp. at the end of 2012, the office building is set to receive extensive interior improvements as the new owner has from the outset stated its intention to raise the value and profile of one of the area’s largest office buildings. The last major renovation process to be carried out at the facility took place in 1987, 16 years after the building’s completion.
