Cushman & Wakefield of Maryland, Inc. has recently sold Columbia’s Rivers Business Commons on behalf of Greenfield Partners. The price of the transaction was not disclosed. Fernau LeBlanc Investment Partners, a Washington, D.C.-based real estate owner and operator, was the buyer.
