Pillar Financial to Acquire Cohen Financial by Year-End

In a deal that’s expected to close by year’s end, longstanding real estate capital services firm Cohen Financial will become part of Pillar Financial, an affiliate of Guggenheim Partners, Guggenheim announced Friday.
