The vertically integrated global real estate investment and services firm Kennedy Wilson, with headquarters in Beverly Hills, CA, recently announced the sale of the historic mixed-use Aztec Theatre in San Antonio.

Mike Trebilcock, CEO of MCPc, Inc., his wife, Gina, and MCPc Family Charities, a non-profit associated with MCPc, Inc., have recently acquired a dozen industrial buildings in Cleveland’s Columbus Peninsula. They plan to turn the properties into a shared-use park, fitness center, and collegiate and youth boathouse.

Montgomery County’s New Public Safety Training Academy Breaks Ground

Montgomery County Executive Isiah Leggett joined numerous other local officials last week to celebrate the groundbreaking for the new Public Safety Training Academy. The facility is part of Montgomery County Multi Agency Service Park, another of Leggett’s Smart Growth Initiative projects expected to turn a former industrial area near the Shady Grove Metro station into an urban village.
