City Issues RFP for Piazza d’Italia Adjacent Sites
The City of New Orleans and the City’s public benefit corporation Canal Street Development Corporation (CSDC) have issued a requested for proposal (RFP)for the redevelopment of a two-lot site adjacent to Piazza d’Italia, one of New Orleans’ famed urban public plazas.
Totem Lake Mall in Kirkland to Undergo $200M Renovation, Expansion
The Totem Lake Mall in Kirkland was recently acquired by a joint venture consisting of CenterCal and PCCP LLC. The Village at Totem Lake LLC purchased the property from Developers Diversified Realty and Coventry Real Estate Advisors for a total of $35.5 million. The new owners are looking to extensively refurbish the asset and expand the amount of space available at Totem Lake. The shopping center will be transformed into a more modern location with new components and new anchor tenants.
Inland-PGGM JV Buys Sixth Shopping Center in Greater Cleveland
Inland Real Estate Corporation and its partner, Dutch pension fund administrator PGGM, have acquired another property in the Greater Cleveland area. The joint venture paid $28.3 million to buy the Creekside Commons shopping center.

Tesla has leased the space from RST Associates LLC, with both parties being represented in the deal by Avison Young representative, Jodi V. Meade.
