Land Services USA Expands New Maryland Office Team

Real estate title insurance company Land Services USA has appointed Shawn Goldfaden as their new Maryland office’s vice president & counsel and has named Christina Frankenberg title officer.

Prior to joining the company, Goldfaden worked for Commercial Settlement Services, where he served as senior vice president & underwriting counsel for five years. Before that, he was a state counsel for Stewart Title Guaranty Co. in Baltimore.

As VP of Business Development, Goldfaden will lead the firm’s new Baltimore office and will expand the company’s current footprint in the Maryland, DC and Virginia corridor. He has extensive experience in real estate title and finance matters such as title insurance claims and underwriting.

Frankenberg brings almost 20 years of knowledge to this new position, as well as experience in all facets of real estate transactions. Before joining LSU, she served as senior commercial processor at Commercial Settlement Services in Owings Mills, Md.

As title officer, Frankenberg will be responsible for examining titles and processing transactions for residential and commercial settlements and will service the same areas as Goldfaden.
