Kidder Mathews Names New Inland Empire SVP
The company expanded its capabilities in the region by tapping Bob Woods, the new SVP having more than 25 years of specialized industrial real estate experience.

Kidder Mathews has named Bob Woods as a senior vice president industrial brokerage. Based in the Inland Empire office, in Ontario, Calif, he will work alongside a team of five other industrial brokers, led by David Burback.
Woods has been highly involved in industrial real estate transactions in the Inland Empire for more than 26 years. After getting his start as an independent broker in Ontario for nine years, he joined CBRE in 2000 as a first vice president, a role he held for thirteen years. Following his departure from CBRE, Woods moved to the position of senior vice president with Voit Real Estate Services, also in Ontario. He remained in this role for just under five years before his shift to Kidder Mathews.
Throughout his career, Woods has executed more than 1,000 transactions, encompassing tenant, landlord, buyer and seller representation. He has represented a wide range of clients in transactions across Southern California, including American Realty Advisors, Catellus Development, Hyundai Motors, Panattoni Development, Prologis and Westcore Properties.
