Kidder Mathews Taps Inland Empire SVP

Kidder Mathews has appointed commercial real estate veteran Dean Krieger as senior vice president in the firm’s Inland Empire office. In his new role, Krieger will specialize in tenant representation throughout the Inland Empire and Orange County, with an emphasis on industrial users.
Extensive track record
Krieger brings more than 30 years of industry experience, having leased and sold more than 8.9 million square feet of office and industrial properties exceeding $980 million in transaction value. He has sold more than 260 acres of land to both owners and developers. His notable clients include Sub-Zero, Husqvarna and Test Rite Products.
Krieger joins from Cresa Corporate Real Estate, where he served as senior vice president for a little over five years. Prior to that, he was a partner for 17Â years with Lee & Associates in their Irvine, Calif. and Reno, Nev. offices.
Krieger holds a bachelor’s degree in marketing from California State University, Fullerton.
