JLL Tapped to Lease Phoenix Industrial Asset

Phoenix—JLL recently facilitated a new lease deal for Tire’s Warehouse Inc. (TWI) at 1502 E. Buckeye Road in Phoenix, Ariz.

JLL executive vice presidents Pat Harlan and Steve Sayre, together with Associate Kyle Westfall, led the marketing efforts, representing TWI in the lease negotiations while the property landlord, Harrisson Properties, chose to represent itself.

“The recent success of our new Northern California branch has helped us to prepare for continued market expansion into all-new territories. Our entire team has been working diligently to support our rapid growth and we are very excited to bring our exceptional service and dealer programs to our new Arizona customers,” said Dan King, president of TWI, in prepared remarks.

TWI’s new Arizona location is set to open its doors on Sept. 26, 2016, and within the first two years of operation the distribution center is expected to generate approximately 50 new jobs.

The facility is located in close proximity to both Interstate 17 and Interstate 10, with easy access to the Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport.
