JLL Names Senior VP for VAS Team

JLL appointed Lana Lenovitz as senior vice president to the firm’s Valuation and Advisory Services department. In her new position, Lenovitz will be responsible for providing a wide range of appraisal and consulting services for commercial lending, litigation and tax appeals purposes. 

Wide-ranging track record

Prior to joining JLL, Lenovitz served as an associate director at Integra Realty Resources in Baltimore. Throughout her career, she has been in charge of valuation of real estate for various applications including market value appraisals, portfolio valuations, investment advisory services, partial interest valuations and market rent studies. Additionally, her experience spans across flex properties, manufacturing facilities, automobile service stations, senior housing facilities, medical and general office buildings, multifamily properties, development sites and many others.

“Lana will be an integral part to our Mid-Atlantic VAS business. She has been entrenched in commercial real estate appraisal and valuation in the region for more than a decade. That expertise is a welcome addition for us and our clients,” Michael Welch, JLL’s head of Valuation & Advisory Services, said in prepared remarks.
