Jones Lang LaSalle is the latest firm to expand its capital markets offerings, having added two investment sales experts to its Houston office. Rudy Hubbard is joining JLL as a managing director, while Leah Gallagher is joining as a vice president.

The two will partner with executive managing directors and national co-leaders of the firm’s real estate investment banking practice Paul House, Tom Melody, Mike Melody and Tom Fish. According to House, the two have a long track record of success in Houston and are known as two top producers in the Southwest.

He added that the expanded team will increase the firm’s market dominance in Houston.

Hubbard brings nearly 30 years of experience to the table, having closed more than $2 billion in sales during his tenure with a national commercial real estate firm. He previously served as senior vice president with Trione & Gordon/Oncor International.

Gallagher has more than a decade of industry experience, most recently as a senior associate with a national real estate firm. She is an active member of the Urban Land Institute and the ULI Young Leaders Group.
