JLL Announces New Promotions in Philly Office

Mike Morrone has been named market director for the company’s Philadelphia office, while Tony Juliano will begin operating as JLL's COO.

JLL has announced the promotion of Mike Morrone to market director and Tony Juliano to chief operating officer. Both will be located at the company’s Philadelphia office. In his new role, Morrone will be responsible for the overall product quality and delivery across all business lines. Additionally, he will focus on clients, business development, recruiting and market growth for the Americas but also international clients.

Prior to being promoted, Morrone served as JLL’s managing director and broker lead for the company’s Philadelphia market, handling tenant and landlord representation. Before joining the company, he held titles such as executive vice president & account manager at UGL Equis. His experience also includes stints with Verizon and Atlantic American Properties.

Strengthening Internal Operations

As COO, Juliano will provide oversight for the company’s revenue-producing service lines including capital markets, property management, project management and Philadelphia leasing. Additionally, he will be responsible for strengthening internal operations, managing JLL’s human resources, finance, research and marketing departments. He brings eight years of commercial real estate experience to the new position, including expertise in transaction advisory, finance and operations.

Juliano joined JLL in 2010, after spending three years as a financial analyst at Liberty Property Trust. While at JLL, he served in various positions, including senior analyst with the company’s Corporate Solutions group. Juliano was appointed senior vice president of operations in March, before ascending to chief operating officer.
