Ironwood Insurance Signs Atlanta HQ Relocation Lease

One Riverside

Ironwood Insurance Services has signed a headquarters relocation lease to One Riverside, a roughly 234,000-square-foot, Class A office building in Atlanta. Cushman & Wakefield worked on behalf of landlord MAA in the negotiations.

The tenant is relocating from Northcreek Office Park at 3715 Northside Parkway N.W. and will occupy a full floor at One Riverside. Ironwood Insurance Services plans to move into its new 26,000-square-foot space in June.

Accessible location

Located at 4401 Northside, along the Chattahoochee River between Cobb Galleria and Vinings, One Riverside features 24-hour security, on-site management services, meeting rooms, a walking trail and workout facility. The property, which has a parking ratio of 3.75 spaces per 1,000 square feet, offers access to interstates 75, 285 and Cobb Parkway.

“What first attracted us to One Riverside was the location,” said Will Underwood, Ironwood Insurance Services managing partner, in a prepared statement. “It is close to the interstate and easily accessible from many parts of the Atlanta area. We also really like the ‘town square’ feel of the entire complex.”

Cushman & Wakefield Managing Director Glenn Kolker and Director Preston Manning were part of the advisory team representing the property owner.
