Hyatt House Expands in Frankfurt
The property, scheduled for completion in 2023, will be part of a mixed-use development set to include hotels, residential, office and retail spaces.

Hyatt House City Goetheplatz
Hyatt has entered into a franchise agreement with HR Group to open Hyatt House City Goetheplatz, a 180-key hotel in Frankfurt, Germany. Scheduled for completion in 2023, the property will mark the brand’s second Hyatt House in Frankfurt.
Hyatt House City Goetheplatz will be part of the FOUR Frankfurt, a mixed-use project in the center of the city. The four-tower development will include hotels, residential, office and retail spaces. The property is set to offer 86 residentially inspired upscale rooms with fully equipped kitchen and a living room, and 94 Den rooms with a seating area.
Common-area amenities will include:
- free Wi-Fi
- The Commons lounge
- 24-hour H Market
- 24-hour fitness center
- gathering zones
- borrows menu
- very important resident (VIR) program
Back in October, the company announced plans to open Hyatt House Frankfurt/Eschborn, a 190-key hotel, the brand’s second Hyatt House in Germany.
