Hotel Equities Selected to Manage Courtyard by Marriott Dripping Springs
Courtyard by Marriott Dripping Springs will be managed by Atlanta-based Hotel Equities.

Austin, Texas—Hotel Equities of Atlanta announced it has been selected as the management firm for the new-build Courtyard by Marriott hotel in Dripping Springs, the Wedding Capital of Texas, just 25 miles west of Austin.
“With this addition, Hotel Equities now manages 12 hotels in the state of Texas,” Joe Reardon, senior vice president of marketing and business development with Hotel Equities, said in prepared remarks. “We’re excited to be in Dripping Springs with a brand that’s a great fit for the market. It’s an area that has strong potential for the hotel and our firm.”
Construction on the new Courtyard by Marriott will begin in April 2016, with the opening scheduled for the second quarter of 2017. DS Hospitality of San Antonio is the owner of the hotel and will operate it as a Marriott franchise. Throughout the development process, Hotel Equity will work with the ownership and design team. Furthermore, the management firm will work in market with Marriott and the community to hire and train the staff prior to opening.
