Hilton Homewood Suites Arlington Rosslyn Key Bridge in Arlington, Va.

Homewood Suites by Hilton has opened a new 168-key property in the Rosslyn business district of Arlington, Va. The hotel is developed and owned by B. F. Saul Real Estate Investment Trust and managed by B. F. Saul Co. Hospitality Group.

Homewood Suites by Hilton Arlington Rosslyn Key Bridge is located at 1900 North Quinn St., within a 10-minute drive west of downtown Washington, D.C. The site provides easy access to the retail, entertainment and dining facilities in Georgetown. A free shuttle service to Rosslyn Metrorail station is available for guests.

Spacious suites

The hotel comprises a mix of studio, one- and two-bedroom suites with fully equipped kitchens, working areas and segregated living and sleeping areas. The hotel’s facilities include:

  • complimentary daily full-hot breakfast
  • high speed internet 
  • outdoor terrace 
  • grills for guest cooking
  • fitness center
  • 2,200-square-foot event space
  • business center

Last month, construction works commenced on a dual-branded hotel in Boston, comprising a 103-key Homewood Suites and a 132-key Hampton Inn.
