Miami—Hilton recently announced the opening of the 232-key, dual-branded Hilton Garden Inn Miami Dolphin Mall and Homewood Suites by Hilton Miami Dolphin Mall. The opening further establishes Hilton’s strong presence in Miami and continues the company’s growth in dual-build properties.

The dual-brand concept creates enhanced and larger communal areas benefiting both business and leisure travelers, the hotel having two distinct lobbies and dining areas.

Homewood Suites by Hilton provides all-suite accommodations, featuring fully-equipped kitchens, with living and sleeping areas, while Hilton Garden Inn guestrooms feature one king or two queen beds, a mini-fridge, microwave and coffee maker. Hotel amenities include a 1,100-square-foot fitness center, an outdoor pool, a 24-hour business center, and 5,500 square feet of conference space.

Homewood Suites by Hilton Miami Dolphin Mall includes complimentary daily full-hot breakfast, evening social Monday through Thursday, Wi-Fi and grocery shopping services.

“Our dual branded Hilton Garden Inn and Homewood Suites hotels serve as a great addition to the thriving area of Miami and continue our expansion in major urban markets,” John Greenleaf, global head of Hilton Garden Inn, said in a statement. “Each brand retains its signature amenities which provides guests a unique opportunity to customize their stay.”

The property is located at 1695 NW. 111th Ave. in Doral, adjacent to the Miami Dolphin Mall. The hotels offer guests a centralized location with convenient access to Miami International Mall, the Doral Golf Course and Everglades National Park.

The hotel is being developed by Procacci Development and managed by Real Hospitality Group.

Hilton recently announced that a new, dual-branded Hilton Worldwide hotel is also coming to Washington, D.C.
