HFF Welcomes New Managing Director

Tom Hall brings a decade of experience in the debt and equity placement business to the role. He joins the firm after serving for more than six years as managing director at Mission Capital Advisors.

HFF continues the hiring process in its New York City office with the appointment of Tom Hall as managing director. In his new role, Hall will oversee the loan and REO portfolio sales for the firm’s entire national portfolio. Hall will work with the loan sales group, comprising Brock Cannon, Sean Ryan and Patrick Arnold.

Management chops

Prior to joining HFF, Hall served as managing director & vice president at Mission Capital Advisors for more than six years. He was also a commercial REO officer at BB&T Bank and worked in the Special Assets with Treasury department at Colonial Bank from 2008 to 2009. The newly vested managing director has a B.A. from Auburn University.
