HFF Taps New Director in Atlanta
In his new role, veteran Mike Crawford will focus on the firm’s industrial investment sales in the southeastern United States.

Atlanta—Holliday Fenoglio Fowler LP (HFF) has recently expanded its Atlanta investment sales team by naming Mike Crawford in the position of director, where he will be focusing on industrial investment sale transactions in the southeastern region of the United States.
With nearly 20 years of commercial real estate experience, Crawford joins HFF from global real estate group TIAA-CREF, where he spent four years as director. Prior to joining TIAA-CREF, he worked as a vice president at RREEF/Deutsche Asset & Wealth Management for six years, from 2005 to 2011. Additional work experience includes positions at Bullock Mannelly Partners from 2000 to 2005.
Crawford is a graduate of Emory University with a Bachelor degree of Arts and an active member of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties, Society of Industrial and Office Realtors, Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) International, as well as the Atlanta Board of Realtors.
