Several buildings, totaling more than 4.4 million square feet of Class A office space, are located in the vicinity of the hotel.

Houston—HFF announced closing the sale of the Double Tree by Hilton Houston Downtown, a full-service hotel sited within the mixed-use Allen Center. The HFF investment sales team representing the seller was led by Managing Director John Bourret, Associate Director Austin Brooks, Managing Director Colby Mueck and Senior Managing Director & Head of HFF’s Hotel Group Daniel Peek.

The 350-key hotel features 18,000 square feet of function space, including two fully-divisible ballrooms—Trofi Restaurant & Bar, which serves breakfast, lunch and dinner, and Atrium Lobby Lounge, which serves lunch and dinner—a 24-hour fitness center and 24-hour business center.

Double Tree by Hilton Hotel Houston Downtown is situated on a 1.15-acre lot at 400 Dallas St., within a 1-mile radius of Houston’s George R. Brown Convention Center, Minute Maid Park and the Toyota Center. Moreover, the hotel is adjacent to Heritage Plaza. Combined, the four properties total almost 4.4 million square feet of Class A office space next to the hotel.
