Hampton Inn & Suites by Hilton Washington D.C.-Navy Yard Welcomes First Guests
PM Hospitality Strategies has opened a new 168-key Hampton Inn & Suites by Hilton at 1265 First St. SE in the heart of Washington D.C.

Washington, D.C.—PM Hospitality Strategies (PMHS) has announced the opening of Hampton Inn & Suites by Hilton Washington D.C.-Navy Yard, a new 168-key hotel located at 1265 First St. SE in the heart of the nation’s capital.
The property is well positioned near iconic monuments, national parks and only one block from the metro station which offers easy access to Capitol Hill, The White House and the National Mall.
The hotel offers spacious one-room studio suites and guest rooms featuring a workstation, a Hampton bed and a 48-inch flat-screen TV. Each new Hampton includes the brand’s “The Perfect Mix Lobby,” designed as a room extension with various seating and lighting options. Guests also have access to the Top of the Yard rooftop lounge, overlooking the cityscape.
Other amenities include a complimentary daily breakfast as well as an alternative On the Run Breakfast Bag Monday through Friday, and a 24-hour convenience store. The hotel also offers a fitness center, business center, and 2,000 square feet of meeting space for business and social events.
