Los Angeles-based George Smith Partners has added Antonio Hachem as its eighth principal. He will be joining Co-Founders Steve Bram, Gary Tenzer, Gary Mozer, and Principals Jonathan Lee, Shahin Yazdi, Malcolm Davies and Bryan Shaffer in GSP’s leadership structure.

Hachem has been involved in commercial real estate for over 15 years and has extensive experience with complex transactions, structured finance and investment brokerage. Before joining George Smith Partners, he was a partner for six years with Pacific Southwest Realty Services, a full-service mortgage banking firm, and prior to that he spent nine years as a broker associate with Coldwell Banker’s commercial and investment division in West Los Angeles.

“Adding Antonio to the team is the perfect next step in our expansion. In addition to his experience in structured finance, Antonio has deep relationships with a number of life insurance companies who look forward to working with him at GSP. Antonio has built his reputation by completing several very high-profile structured finance deals with his life insurance company relationship lenders,” said Jonathan Lee, in a prepared statement.
